Begum X aka Samara Chopra is the lead singer of her band The Ska Vengers and is also co-owner of Bass Foundation Roots (BFR) Sound System along with Delhi Sultanate. Her singing style is rooted in jazz and blues, which she adapts to reggae, ska and rub-a-dub instrumentals.
